Day 3 - The Park & A Family Dinner

Sunday - Day three was a relaxing one. We took a walk down to the park in Grandma & Papa's neighborhood and Meredith ran around for a little while. They had this great digger toy that Meredith had a blast playing on. The slides were starting to get hot, so we headed home for a nap in preparation for the family coming over around 4.

When both girls woke up from their naps, Addie came over to play with Meredith. The rest of the family was here too (sans Cesar and Lily who were home cooking). The girls had a blast picking up and moving the landscaping rocks. It kept them busy for a long time! Then we all had a nice dinner of hamburgers and salad, and after dinner the girls ran around the living room dancing! After everyone left Grandma got a new book out for Meredith, "Thunder Cake" and sat down for some book reading before bedtime. Another fun day!
