Christmas! (the last of the catch up, finally!)

We had such a wonderful Christmas. It was so nice to have a big enough house so we could host our very own big family Christmas. My dad came out from Hawaii, Brian's mom & dad came out from Colorado, and Brian's aunt & uncle drove up from Tacoma. It was really wonderful. A great way to spend our first Christmas in the new house!

Meredith got a plethora of Thomas the Train gifts. The biggest of all was a new train table from Grandpa Blundell, and a new set of tracks & characters from mommy & daddy. Grandma & Papa Graves got her a Thomas raincoat and boots, and Santa brought her Edward (the train she had asked him for). The girl made out like a bandit.

Christmas eve was spent here at home with a really nice dinner of Prime Rib. It was the first time I'd ever made it, and it turned out fabulous, if I do say so myself! Brian was working weekends, so Christmas eve & Christmas days were his only days off. Because of the snow Grandma & Papa didn't make it in till Christmas eve day. It was a nice Christmas eve spent with snow on the ground outside and a house full of family.

Christmas Eve Dinner (L to R): Brian (daddy), Kim (mommy), Meredith, Auntie Patty, Grandma Jeanne, Michael Michael (uncle michael), Papa Bill, Grandpa Brian.

This is one happy little girl!
